1. Legal notice

In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the details of the owner of this website are provided below:

  • Owner: Alexandre Fayos
  • NIF/CIF: 20854462V
  • Address: Girona, España
  • Email: info@iadesarrolla.com
  • Website: https://iadesarrolla.com

Accessing and using this site implies acceptance of these terms. The owner reserves the right to modify the contents without prior notice.

2. General terms

iadesarrolla provides design, web development, automation, integration and custom digital solutions. This site is informational in nature: it does not constitute a direct sale of products, but a presentation of services contracted on a personalized basis.

Contracting process. Every project starts from an assessment and an individualized cost proposal. Prices, timelines and scope are agreed in writing before any work begins. Submitting the contact form does not create any contractual obligation until a proposal is expressly accepted.

Intellectual property. The contents, trademarks and design of this site belong to its owner or to licensed third parties. Their reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

Analytics and tracking. This site uses a privacy-respecting web analytics tool (Umami) to measure site usage in aggregate and improve the service. No tracking cookies are used and no identifiable personal data is collected. The details are described in the Cookie and analytics policy.

3. Privacy policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the LOPDGDD, the data controller is Alexandre Fayos (info@iadesarrolla.com).

Data we process. The data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email, the description of your project and, if you choose to share them, your current website, the project type, the approximate budget, the tools you use, the urgency and the problem to solve. In addition, and for the sole purpose of preventing form abuse, we transiently process your IP address (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Purpose and legal basis. To respond to your request and prepare an assessment or proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.

Processors and providers. Form messages are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) as the transactional email provider. Hosting and analytics run on our own servers.

Retention. We keep contact data for as long as we're handling your enquiry and, if it doesn't lead to a business relationship, for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted. The IP address used for abuse prevention is kept only transiently (minutes) and is not stored persistently.

Your rights. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@iadesarrolla.com.

4. Cookie and analytics policy

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

To understand how the site is used, we rely on Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we run on our own instance hosted under analytics.rentaxml.cloud. Umami uses no cookies and does not track users across sites. To generate aggregated, anonymous metrics (page views, referral source, approximate country, device type and browser), it transiently processes your IP address and your browser (user-agent) and then discards them: it does not store your IP, but a daily hash-derived identifier that cannot be used to re-identify you.

Since no cookies are installed and no identifiable personal data is retained with this analytics, no prior cookie consent is required for it to work, in line with the AEPD's guidelines.
